UI/UX

UI/UX Design That Users Understand

We design websites and apps around how people actually use them, not just how they look. For founders and teams with a product that confuses users or one still on the drawing board, we turn rough ideas into clear, tested screens your developers can build from.

SERVICE

UI/UX Service We Offer

Good design is two jobs, not one. UX decides how a product is structured and whether people can actually get things done; UI decides how it looks and feels while they do. We cover both and we match the work to where your product is right now.

01 UX

User Experience (UX) Research

Before any screen is drawn, we find out how your users think and where they get stuck, through interviews, real usage data and a look at what competitors do. This is the part that stops you building the wrong thing beautifully. The findings shape every design decision after it, so the product fits real behaviour instead of guesses.

02 UI

User Interface (UI) Design

UI is the visual layer your users touch: the colour, type, spacing, icons and states that make a screen clear and pleasant to use. We design interfaces that match your brand and stay consistent across every screen, so the product feels considered.Effective UI design does more than look good; it guides users naturally and makes the next action clear without requiring explanation.

03 Wireframes

Wireframing & Prototyping

Wireframes map out each screen's layout and flow in plain grey boxes, before colour or polish, so structure gets agreed cheaply. We then turn them into a clickable prototype you can use like the real thing. You feel how the product works and request changes while they cost minutes, not a rebuild after development has started.

04

Design System Development

A design system is a single organised set of buttons, forms, colours and rules that every screen draws from.It provides a consistent user experience and lowers long term design costs by enabling components to be reused across the product. We build yours so your team and developers add new pages without each one looking like a different product.

05 App

Mobile App Design

Designing for a phone is its own discipline: small screens, thumbs instead of cursors and platform habits iOS and Android users already expect. We design app interfaces around familiar user behaviors, ensuring the experience feels intuitive from the very first interaction. Every screen is laid out for one handed use and tested at real phone size, not just on a wide monitor.

06 Website

Website & Web Application Design

A marketing site needs to win attention in seconds; a web app needs to make daily tasks quick and clear. We design both customer facing experiences and internal tools, from landing pages and websites to dashboards, portals and forms used every day. Each screen is designed responsive from the start, so it holds together on a laptop, a tablet and a phone alike.

What's Included in Every UI/UX Project

Design goes wrong when the thinking is skipped and only screens are handed over. Here is what every project with us includes, from research to developer handoff.

01 Research Summary

A short, plain report on who your users are, what they need and where they struggle.

03 High Fidelity UI Screens

Polished, on brand designs for every screen and state, ready to show stakeholders or test.

05 Design System & Components

A reusable collection of components, styles and guidelines that ensures consistency across the product while reducing future design and development effort.

02 Wireframes & User Flows

The structure of every screen and the path users take, agreed before any visual design.

04 Clickable Prototype

An interactive version you can click through and test with real users before a line is built.

06 Developer Ready Handoff

Files, specs and assets organised so your developers build exactly what was designed, without guesswork.

TECH STACK

Tools We Use for UI/UX Design

Here are the main technologies we design in, grouped by what they do. We work in whatever your team already uses, so handover is easy and nothing gets locked away.

Figma , Adobe XD , Sketch

Design with Prototyping Technologies : Where we design screens, build clickable prototypes and share files your team can open.

Miro:

Research & Planning Technologies : Where we map user flows, run workshops and organise research before any screen.

Figma

Handover Technologies : Developer ready specs, measurements and assets exported straight from the files we design in.

PROCESS

How We Design Your Product

We follow a clear, five step process that takes your product from research through to a developer ready handoff. You review and approve each stage before we move forward, helping keep the project on track and minimizing unnecessary rework.

01

Research, Insights & Planning

We begin with a free consultation, then gather insights through user interviews, existing data analysis and competitor research to understand how your users behave and what they need. This tells us what to design and, just as useful, what not to, before anyone touches a screen.

02

Wireframes & Structure

We map each screen as plain wireframes and lay out the flow between them. You approve the structure while it is still grey boxes, which is the cheapest moment to move things around, long before colour or detail is added.

03

UI Design

Once the structure is approved, we design the visual experience by applying your brand identity, colors, typography and spacing consistently across every screen and interaction. You see the real look take shape and we keep it consistent by building from one shared set of components.

04

Prototype & Test

We turn the screens into a clickable prototype and put it in front of real users. Watching where they hesitate shows what to fix, so problems get caught in the design, where a change is quick, rather than after the build.

05

Handover to Developers

We hand your developers an organised file with specs, measurements, assets and a design system, so they build what was designed, not their best guess. We stay available during the build to answer questions and check the result matches.

WHY CHOOSE US

Why Choose CodeXoro for UI/UX Design

01

Structure Before Looks

A good looking product that confuses people still fails. We agree how it works in plain wireframes before we style anything, so the design is usable first and attractive second, never the other way around.

02

We Test With Real Users

We don't just hand over screens we think are clear. We put a prototype in front of real people and watch where they get stuck, then fix it in the design, where a change costs minutes.

03

Defined Revision Rounds

You get a set number of revision rounds written into the project, so feedback has a clear path and the work doesn't drag on forever. You know exactly how changes are handled before we begin, with nothing open ended.

04

Built for Your Developers

A design only matters once it is built. We hand over organised files, specs and a component set so your developers reproduce the design exactly, instead of reinterpreting it and losing the detail along the way.

05

Designed to Be Accessible

We design with readable contrast, clear text sizes and sensible navigation, so more people can use your product, including those with low vision or who navigate by keyboard. Good access is built in, not bolted on.

06

The Files Are Yours

You own the design files, the source and the assets in full. We sign an NDA on day one and hand everything over at the end, so you can keep working with any team later, never tied to us.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

See Our Work
How Do UI and UX Design Differ?

UX design is about how a product works, whether people can find things and finish tasks easily; UI design is about how it looks, the colours, type and layout they see. You need both and we cover both, because a product can look good and still be confusing or work well and look untrustworthy.

How many rounds of revisions do I get?

Every project includes a set number of revision rounds, agreed in writing before we start, so feedback has a clear structure and the work doesn't drag on without end. Most screens are settled within those rounds; if your needs change mid project, we talk it through openly rather than springing a charge.

Will I own the design files?

Yes, you own everything: the editable Figma or source files, the assets and the design system. We sign an NDA at the start and hand it all over at the end, so any developer or designer can pick up the work later. There is nothing locked to us.

Why pay for research instead of jumping to design?

Research is what stops you paying to build the wrong thing. Skipping it makes the quote cheaper but moves the risk onto you, because fixing a structural mistake after development has started costs far more than catching it in a wireframe. Investing time in research early often saves significant time and rework later in the project.

What is a design system and do I need one?

A design system is one organised set of buttons, colours, type and rules that every screen reuses. It is worth it the moment you have more than a handful of screens, because the first set is built once and the rest come faster and stay consistent. For a small one page site, it may be more than you need.

Can you redesign our existing product?

Yes. We regularly take a product that has grown confusing and rework its structure and screens, usually starting by testing the current version to see exactly where users struggle. You don't start from zero; we keep what works and fix what doesn't, with the reasons backed by what we observe.
